As the design of your project evolves, it is essential to ensure the project remains within budget.
At the commencement of design, we prepare a document referred to as a "Cost Plan".
The Cost Plan is a document that "breaks" the project down into elements for example Doors & Windows, each element is budgeted and design is constantly reviewed against budget.
The "Cost Control" commences at the beginning of Schematic Design, and continues throughout the Design Development and Construction Documentation stages.
Cost Plans are updated at agreed periodic intervals and issued to the Project Owner for review, comment and action. There are industry recognised formats for Cost Plans such as those of the RICS or CIQS, our Costs Plans will be prepared in a format that best suits your project.
