  • Prepared Tender Documentation for a proposed new - build "Beaches" Resort .- 220 suites, Spa, 4 bars and 5 restaurants - Client Sandals Resorts - $400m

  • Provided Life Cycle (Costs in Use) for the new King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.  PFI project.  Client - Sir Robert McAlpine

  • Cost Planning for a proposed Golf Resort.  Joint Venture between the Cuban Government and a UK based developer.  Value -  $200m


  • Cost Estimating Services for a proposed new Cruise Liner Dock/Terminal inclusive  of Mall - Havana - Owner -  Canadian Developer. Value - $75m



 

Dominica

  • Cost Planning the New Build Kempinski Resort (now IHG) 151 Guestrooms, Spa, Fitness Centre and Business Centre, four Restaurants and Swim - Up Bar.  Owner - Range Developments.  Value - Confidential.


  • Providing Construction Cost Advice for the transformation of a family estate into a Boutique Hotel/Retreat.  Owner - Private Family - Value - $20m


  • Providing support services for Consultancy Works for the Restoration of over 3,000 private residences post Hurricane Maria for the World Bank



 

Grenada

  • Providing a detailed estimate of "Costs to Complete" this stalled project.  Proposed resort comprised 200 residences, Spa & Wellness Centre, Business  and Conference facilities plus bars and restaurants.  Owner - Private Developer based in UK. Value - Confidential.



 

Jamaica

  • Prepared detailed Construction Bid for the Construction of a 1,000 Bed Casino Hotel inclusive of Golf Course. Working in close collaboration with Design Team.  The project was for a "Turnkey" Construction Contract inclusive of all Fixtures, Fittings and Equipment - Client China State Construction Value Confidential.



 

Panama

  • Prepared Cost Plan for the construction of the proposed Viceroy Resort, Bocas Del Toro, Panama.  The resort will include 190 guestrooms and residences plus 42 private over the water villas. Owner  - West Resort SA - Value - $200m 


  • Managed the Cost estimating Teams from two Contractors undertaking a Joint Venture in Panama.  The Regeneration of the historic City of Colon, Panama.  Led the Joint Venture teams for the renovation of historic buildings, new civic amenities, new City infrastructure.



 

St. Kitts & Nevis

  • Prepared Cost Plan for the construction of a 126 Guestroom Resort, inclusive of restaurants, bars, spa and recreational facilities. Owner -  Range Developments.  Value -  $100m


  • Prepared Cost Plan for the Construction of a New Build Resort on the island of Nevis.  The project included the demolition of an existing resort complex and the construction of a new resort.  Owner - Private European Client.  Value - $60m



 

Saint Lucia

  • Detailed Estimating for budgetary purposes, preparing tender documentation, preparing interim payments.  Major renovation of the Body Holiday Resort - upgrading 100 Guestrooms, Restaurant, Spa and construction of four villas - Owner  The Body Holiday US $ Confidential
